Hi everyone,

Welcome to our thread! Do not post if you haven't been accepted over at the OOC thread: Here

The lovely prologue to our RP is located here: Link

It turned out to be 12 pages type written so we turned it into a weblink. Please read it in it's entirety before proceeding as it will introduce you to the plot and the main OC characters who are going to be driving the plot. The prologue was mostly written by me WanderingAimlessly with KichouSodoo helping with her OCs. Also Aimie was the one who wrote the HTML behind this weblink and designed the graphics.

Alright Sora.... the adventure begins with you!

It felt like being punched in the chest. That's all she could think of comparing the sensation to. The blonde raised her head; eyes squinting as they adjusted to the light. A thousand thoughts raced through her mind all at once. She was... alive? No... she was... in existence again. Her cornflower colored hues looked around as her pupils finished adjusting to the area. It was dark... but she definitely recognized where she was; the last place she wanted to be: The World that Never Was. Panic, or rather, feigned panic filled her face as she got to her knees.

"No... How... but, Sora... Riku... Kairi..." She scrambled to her feet and looked around. Nothing had really changed about the place; at least to her. What had happened? She knew that Sora and Riku defeated the Organization; and she knew she'd been reunited with Kairi, but what had happened then? Why was she back here? How much time had passed? She leaned against a wall, taking deep, slow breaths. She was on her own... what if the other members of the Organization were back? Would they come for her again?

"Roxas..." If she was apart from Kairi... did that mean Roxas was separated from Sora again? Her eyes narrowed slightly in thought. She brushed a pale blonde lock of hair behind an ear and frowned. This time, there was no hiding. She might be small, she might be more timid, but this time... she was going to be more aggressive. She was a Nobody... she'd never acted like one before; maybe now was the time? Not that she'd turn evil or work for the Organization, no, Naminé would use the darkness to her advantage. She'd figure out a way to conjure those portals and try and find Roxas, Sora or Riku and help. She'd avoid Kairi for now. She wanted to help... and getting near Kairi; well, that would jeopardize helping for more obvious reasons.

With new determination in her mind, Naminé stepped out of hiding, walked down the dark streets of the World that Never Was and smiled. Oh yes, it was going to be hard, and maybe the other Organization members were alive and coming for her soon... but she had to try.

The sound of rain could be heard, falling steadily in the town of Sunlit. However, today was a day where the name Sunlit didn’t exactly fit the town. The sky was covered in a thick blanket of gray, and there wasn’t a single ray of sunlight to be found anywhere. The ground was soggy and wet, and the streets were lined with puddles. Also, the streets were completely empty, and the only sound that could be heard was the sound of rain falling on the concrete. The people of Sunlit didn’t exactly like rain.
In the house that was at the very center of Sunlit, Renz and Yukiko were enjoying their lunch at their nice brown dinning room table. The rain continually dribbled down on their house, and would’ve drove Renz nuts if he hadn’t already gotten used to it. As everyone knows, if an annoying sound goes on continually, you eventually forget about its existence, since it just blends into the background. Renz was consuming a regular sandwich with ham, eggs, and all those other things you see in a typical sandwich, while Yukiko was munching on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Renz never understood why Yukiko loved eating such sweet things for lunch, since Renz only liked salty things during a meal. However… Yukiko was Yukiko, and he was known to have odd ways of thinking as well as weird habits.

Yukiko was happily munching away on his sandwich, while swinging his legs just like a pendulum, going back and forth, and back again. Even though Yukiko loved sunny days, he didn’t really think rainy days were too bad neither. The rain was just like a symphony, and he enjoyed listening to the pitter-patter sound that it made when it bounced on the roof. His blue eyes turned to look outside, and he immediately raised his eyebrows. An orange colored object quickly darted through some of the bushes in the backyard, and Yukiko immediately recognized what it was.
“Whoa! Why is Ginger outside? I thought I put her inside before the storm started,” Yukiko said, as he walked over to the glass door, and pulled it open. A cold gust of wind greeted him, and he shivered slightly as he started to put on his sneakers.

Renz looked up when Yukiko suddenly stood up, and walked over to the glass door. When he heard the reason why Yukiko was shivering like massage chair, and standing in the rain, an irritated look appeared on his face, and he said, “How would I know? Anyways… hurry up and get Ginger inside before you catch a cold.”
Renz then stood up too, walked over to the door, and started putting on his shoes, just like Yukiko had done a few seconds ago.

“Okay, Renz! I’ll try to catch Ginger as quick as I can,” Yukiko said, looking back at Renz. He could feel his socks start to get wet, and he sighed. His shoes didn’t do very well during rainy days. When he turned back to look at Ginger though, he stopped abruptly, and his mouth dropped open. A round shiny door replaced what used to be a piece of ivy-covered fence. It looked strange compared to everything around it. The trees, ground, and other parts of the fence looked drab and dull, while the door seemed to be glowing with life and endless possibilities. He slowly walked towards the door, and through the whole time, his eyes were glued on it. Before Yukiko even realized, he was standing in front of the glowing door. The glow seemed to light up his face, and he stood entranced in front of it. His hand then slowly reached up, and gripped the handle.

Renz fell flat on the ground for the second time, when Ginger darted out of his grasp. While Yukiko had been walking towards the door, Renz had been trying to catch Ginger. Sheesh… I knew Yukiko should’ve got the other cat… I could tell this one meant trouble right from the start, Renz thought irritably, as he stood up, and wiped the mud off his knees.
“Ugh… Yukiko… try to at least help catch Gin-,” Renz grumbled before he turned around, and spotted the door. It was shining with light, and it seemed to be calling to him and Yukiko. However, he couldn’t help feeling that the door also meant danger, adventure, and unexpected surprises; which he hated.
“Wait! Stop! Yukiko!” Renz said, as he ran towards his little brother. He skidded to a halt next to the silver-haired boy, and saw that Yukiko’s hand was already on the handle.
“Yukiko! Let go of the handle! You don’t know where this door will lead! You don’t know what’ll happen after this!” Renz yelled over the sound of the pounding rain. The rain was falling harder and harder, and the fat drops of rain splashed onto Renz and Yukiko, drenching them. After saying that, he looked into Yukiko’s eyes, and knew that he wouldn’t let go even if the world was about to end. His eyes looked like how they always looked when Renz read a story to him. They were filled with delight, amazement, and enchantment.
“Darn it… Yukiko… let go!” Renz growled, as reached forward to yank Yukiko’s hands off the handle. However, the exact moment his hand touched Yukiko’s hand, the door shined with an intense brightness that seemed to swallow everything around them.
“Arg!” Renz grunted, and he quickly used his other hand to try and help block off the light. However, nothing seemed to help, and the light still shone through. Then, the door suddenly swung open, and the door seemed to swallow them. The exact moment they disappeared into the door, it vanished and it seemed like it was never there in the first place.

Sora woke up at the sound of his name and the crushing weight of the boy on top of him. He laid there for a moment or two letting his eyes adjust to the light, or rather lack of. When they finally did, he gasped seeing his friend collapsed on the ground. “Riku,” he asked, his voice little more then a whisper. The boy tried to get up and found that he was unable to, the body sprawled on top of him was making it rather impossible to move.

He took a good look at the boy and was rather surprised at the discovery he had just made. The blond hair that the boy sported was rather familiar, and was the last thing he expected to see. “Roxas, but how is that possible,” he asked himself, not meaning to speak those words out loud. He set about trying to free himself from underneath the boy which was rather awkward for him, but soon enough he had just enough room where he could get off the bed.

The boy immediately ran to his collapsed friend, noticing the crystal that had been dropped, but not thinking anything of it, more interested in finding out if Riku was okay. He dropped to his knees by Riku. “Riku! What happened? Are you all right? Weren’t you supposed to rest?” Sora asked the questions in rapid succession, barely stopping to take a breath, if he did at all. And then almost as an after thought he asked, “And what’s Roxas doing here?” He succeeded in not asking the question the way he really wanted to ask it. Which was something to the effect of, “And why is Roxas in... existence/nonexistence again!?”

For how long he was on the floor he didn't know. It seemed like an eternity but in reality it was only a few minutes. He couldn't get that image out of his mind though. Those two dark figures standing there, one gripping what, for the brief moment that he had seen them in, appeared to be Sora by the collar, a knife in their hand. In that moment he let instinct take over as he ran towards him, and the guiding force that brought him there had all but vanished. All he could think while he lay there helpless is that he and arrived one second to late. The harshness of this was almost to much for him.

Sora, I'm sorry I let you down.....

"Riku!"

The call jarred him out of his thoughts almost more than the hands that were steadily shaking his shoulders.

He groggily cracked his eyes open, vision bleary from the tears that had begun to form. When his eyes adjusted to the moonlight, the sight he saw was more than welcome.

There was Sora kneeling on the ground beside him, apparently unharmed, dressed in a baggy sleeping shirt and pants, hair more disheveled than it usually was. There was a look of worry on his face that really didn't suit the boy.

"Sora! You're alright," he said somewhat relieved. But that didn't solve the question of what he saw earlier for he was certain that what he saw was real. He pushed himself up into a sitting position, finding with relief that his arms, although shaky, weren't as week as his legs were. He still felt ill though, and the movement, no matter how careful it had been, made him slightly lightheaded. "What happened?"

He glanced briefly towards the window and the bed underneath it. One of the storm clouds approaching moved away from the moon, and the light illuminated the limp form of the other boy on the bed, blonde hair shining slightly.

"What the hell?....Please don't tell me that that's Roxas!?" Riku exclaimed, not quite believing what he saw.

He was still lightheaded and the the fact that the nobody was there after he himself was partly responsible for the union of the two boys, was almost enough to make him pass out. He had to gain his composure though, for the boy was beginning to surface.

Time after time moment after moment, having a heart was all he ever wanted-- well, technically that was the Organization's goal, and him being in the Organization allowed him to follow in suit of his pursuits. But of course his birth was of a special cause, frankly put, he was never meant to exist. And naturally, the blonde-headed teen had been in a state of constant denial and bottled his frustrations deep down inside of him-- into a soul with no mind nor heart.

He was simply a marionette for the organization.

To obey, to follow-- to regain what was rightfully him.

His cerulean eyes flickered open, as a prudent cough escaped from his lips. The moonlight poured into his body, storm cloud lulling away in the distance-- where was he?

He was lying on something soft, and by taking a hand and grasping at the soft mattress, he soon concluded that he was on a bed. But how on earth did he get there? Closing his eyes, he tried to remember what had happened previously or what occurred beforehand to giveaway to such an unfamiliar turn of events.

Pitch black.

There was nothing. Why couldn't he remember? All he could gather up from his reminiscing was something having to do with a fight. But with who . . . and for what reason?

However a voice broke his train of thoughts, letting the boy know that he was defiantly not alone in this strange room. It sounded vaguely familiar, like someone he knew, but held little significance to him-- in memory at least.

Letting his eyes open once more, he allowed himself to tilt his head for much of his body ached from an unknown source of cause. He made out two blurred figures not much further than at least several feet away; blinking twice, his eyesight sharpened, allowing him to depict two faces bearing an uncanny resemblance to Riku and his somebody.

Oh wait. That was Riku and his somebody.

Groggily, propping himself up to a sitting point on the bed Roxas could only stare around, for his legs seemed to be immobile.

What on earth was going on?

Sora smiled when his friend came to. One of his worries vanishing as he saw his friend's eyes open. His smile turned into a slight frown at the tears that he knew had been starting to form in the other boy's turquoise eyes. "Yes, I'm fine. Why are you out of bed? Donald told me you were supposed to rest," he answered, hearing the tone of relief in Riku's voice.

He watched as Riku brought himself up to a sitting position, he would have helped, but he realized that his friend was capable of doing it on his own, however much he would of preferred that he didn't. At Riku's question his frown deepened. "I don't know. Must've slept through it," he responded.

The boy looked over at the bed at Riku's next question. "I don't know anyone else with that style hair in that color. Well except Cloud that is. But his hair is much different."

Sora looked back at Riku and suddenly realized that his friend was about ready to collapse again. Not wanting him to fall back on the floor, he sat behind him. 'That way if he falls, he'll at least fall on my lap and not the floor,' he thought. Then he noticed the movement on the bed.

"Roxas," he said. Then he couldn't figure out what to say next. With a bit of thought he asked, "How, how did this happen? Do you know?"

"Sora, you're babbling," Riku said with a smile, noting the boy's movement behind him. The gesture was small but showed thought and concern. "I know I should be resting, everyone's told me that. I like you better as a friend, not as my mother."

He turned from Sora to Roxas who was now sitting up on the bed. The look of confusion on the blonde's face gave him the answer that he needed- he had no idea why he was there- in fact he was just as lost as they were. For all Riku knew an hour ago the nobody had still been safely sealed within Sora's heart. Something was not right here.

"This must have something to do with the two figures I saw earlier when I ran up here," he thought out loud. "Earlier I woke up from a dream, no a nightmare that involved you being killed. Something wasn't right and I just felt like I had to make sure. So despite everything, every warning my body sent me, I ran up here. When I got here I saw them. One of them had Roxas, now that I think about it, by the collar with a knife in their hand while the other watched, and that's when I blacked out."

There were a few rumbles of thunder off in the distance. The storm was getting closer, as the dark clouds were now completely obliterating the moon, the only light in the room was coming from a night light in the hallway outside. The wind was beginning to pick up, as the noise from the waves in the distance was getting louder.

There were a few flashes of lightning as the thunder grew louder. Suddenly a huge beam of light seemed to shoot into the room through the window, as Roxas fell backwards, luckily landing on the bed.

Sora shot up to see what was wrong, finding the other boy looking dazed. He started to shake Roxas gently, immediately noticing something odd. For when he put his hand on the boy's chest, he distinctly felt something that shouldn't have been there- a heartbeat.

And now to find out the source of that strange beam of light......

I present to you...An epic interlude of much epic-ness with a rather nice bitch fight in the beginning and the moment we've all been waiting for...... a slight computer glitch that results in........ The revival of Organization XIII!

Some instructions.... feel free to post as your Org members after this but don't post again till everyone has had a chance to make one post.....

And can we pretty please stop changing the font size....... it's ridiculously hard for me to read at any size lower than default.... sorry...... *Is farsighted...*

“Huh, it’s rather cold here...” The high-pitched yet fairly quiet voice came from the blonde haired woman amongst the group. She was shivering slightly, but that wasn’t what was bothering her. No, it was the steady ‘Thu-thump, thu-thump,’ she was hearing.

‘A heartbeat? But how is that possible? I fell at the hands of those losers... And there is no way that the fool’s plan could have worked...’ Larxene’s thoughts were a bit jumbled as she struggled to gain consciousness in the cold room. She laughed suddenly, a bell-like sound, that was quite strange coming from a cold-hearted person like her. ‘It seems I do have a heart though... But why and how... How can that possibly be,’ she mused.

She finally managed to open her eyes and immediately began to look around the room. There were other Organization members around her, but the only two she really noticed were Axel and Marluxia. The girl frowned as she noticed how few of them there were. The frown grew deeper as she realized that Xemnas was in the room. 'Oh great, Ma----, right, the Superior is here. That's gonna put another crimp in my already bad day,' she thought with the slightest hint of amusement.

Then she took notice of the actual room. It was pitch black, or would have been if it weren’t for the light from the computers in the room. As she studied them, she noticed that there were thirteen monitors. ‘One for each known member of the Organization,’ she thought. With that realization she noticed the being nearby her. She realized immediately that he was checking their pulses and quickly made the connection that somehow it was he that had given them hearts.

Larxene decided that it was about time for her to try and stand. She pushed herself into a sitting position and looked around the room a second time. Now she paid very little attention to the other members of the Organization, preferring instead to study the area around her. Finally finding the strength in her to stand up, she did so, brushing her robe off as she did.

“I would love to know where we are,” she said in a tone of voice that sounded like there was a bit of sarcasm in it.

’Who’s there,’ Demyx asked, feeling a presence as he began to fade away.

The next thing he could remember was awakening in a cold, relatively dark room.

“It’s so cold,” the high-pitched whine came from the blonde haired, green-eyed member of the Organization. He was the furthest away from the computer and would probably be glad to know that. The boy wasn’t exactly the bravest of the Organization’s members. In fact Demyx, as he was called was more likely the most cowardly of the 13 or actually 15 members of the Organization. But that was subject to change now...

A frown showed on Demyx’s face as he realized that he was actually back in existence. But it was replaced by a slight smile as he heard the steady thu-thump of a heartbeat. His own heartbeat. Now that was something he had not been expecting.

‘I have a heart? Well, that’s rather unexpected! Now I don’t have to pretend to be a coward. I can actually be brave if I wish to be,’ he thought. The boy laughed softly at the thought. Then he went about getting his bearings of the place he was in.

It was rather dark despite the light from the many monitors. And it was also rather cold. Demyx shivered but he supposed that Axel was having a harder time with the cold then he was. Speaking of Axel, Demyx could see him lying some ways away from him. He noticed that there were other Organization members in the cold room as well.

A small gasp could be heard as he noticed Larxene and Marluxia in the room. ‘What are they doing here? They betrayed the Organization. Or rather tried to... I can’t quite remember what happened to them,’ he thought.

A second gasp was heard as he noticed the Organization's 'Superior.' 'Oh great. I need to get outta here. He's the last that I would want to see,' Demyx thought. There was an undertone of annoyance in the boy's thought.

Now was as good a time as any to try to get up. Feeling rather hyper all of a sudden he did a backflip and landed gracefully on his feet. He heard the female member of the Organization ask where they were and ventured a question of his own.

“That’s a good question. But what I would like to know is why we are here?”

The cold floor and the chilly and swirling wind slowly brought Renz to his senses. Opening his eyes, he found himself looking at a gray-colored stone ceiling that seemed to be sprinkled with flecks of white and black. His ears picked up the distant sound of a storm, and he could hear the sound of the thunder, even inside this stone room. He paid no attention to those details however, for his mind told him that the most important thing was to get up first. He grunted, as he tried to pull his strangely tired and sore body up. Once he managed to get himself into a sitting position, he started wondering where he was, and how he got here. His eyes scanned the room, and abruptly stopped when he saw Yukiko lying a few feet away. The memories of the silver shining door, and the rainy day in Sunlit suddenly came rushing back at Renz, and his brain suddenly pieced the whole puzzle together.
“Yukiko!” Renz cried, with a slight hint of worry engraved in it. He quickly made his way over to where Yukiko was lying, and started shaking him, in an attempt to wake him up.

Yukiko was having a great dream that involved gardens, animals, and rainbows, but a strange shaking soon interrupted that dream. Yukiko’s eyes slowly opened, and his normally gleeful face soon turned into a face that hinted annoyance. Yukiko was about to start a lecture on how people shouldn’t shake others while they’re having happy dreams, when he realized the culprit was his older brother, Renz.
“Oh… Hiya Renz! Oh yeah! Why were you shaking me? You do realize that I was having a happy dream?” Yukiko said, shaking his finger at his brother.

Renz’s relief of knowing that his brother was safe and sound kept him from immediately getting irritated at his little brother’s clueless-ness.
“Yukiko…. I’m so glad you safe… anyways… you do realize we’re at some unknown place right now, and it’s all because of you? I told you! Why did you have to open that door?!” Renz said, his voice slowly starting to turn angry. While he said that, he slowly helped Yukiko get into a sitting position, so his little brother could tell that they were indeed in a completely different place.

Yukiko’s eyes widened when he saw his surroundings. Unlike Renz, Yukiko immediately noticed the pictures that decorated the walls. Renz’s jabbering soon died down to a small little insignificant mumble at the back of his head, as he stood up, and slowly made his way over to the white pictures. It was strange… he could almost tell what the feelings behind the picture was. The picture showed two faces, a boy and a girl. The boy was holding a star, and so was the girl, and they seemed to be exchanging them. His lips slowly curled up into a gentle smile, as his hands traced the picture. I wish I knew the story behind this… it seems like a lot of things happened behind this…, Yukiko thought, a strange look crossing his face. However, before he could think further, a sharp bark came from Renz.

“Yukiko! Don’t try to escape!” Renz barked as he stomped over to his little brother, and pulled him away from the picture so that he faced him.
“Don’t you ever try to do anything so reckless in the future again, okay?” Renz demanded, his eyes piercing into Yukiko’s eyes.

Yukiko was slightly annoyed at his brother for yanking him away from his observations, since he could almost feel the emotions behind the drawing, and the dreams and the wonderful tales behind it. On the other hand, he could also understand why his brother was so angry. The door was so pretty… I just couldn’t resist… Yukiko thought to himself.
However, he said, “Sorry Renz… I won’t do that ever again.”
He then placed his hand over his heart as if he was swearing.

Renz sighed, and rubbed his head. Even though his brother seemed to be pledging his obedience, his facial expression told a different story. At least his understands that he did something wrong… Renz thought.
“Anyways… I’m glad you realize what you did wrong… now… we should find out where we are… should we?” Renz said to Yukiko, as he grabbed his little brother’s oversized jacket, and used that to drag him along.

With a little squeak, he found himself being dragged along by his brother. Even though he could’ve pulled away, he knew that when his brother was like this, it was best to go along with it. The two of them slowly made their way across the room, to where a door was. Renz opened it, and they were showered with water droplets. It wasn’t raindrops that were showering them, Yukiko soon discovered. It was a mini waterfall that was right next to them. His mouth opened up into an ‘o’ shape, as he stared at the waterfall. Renz on the other hand, shot a glare at the wall of water, and promptly pulled Yukiko away from it, and out into the open. The storm greeted them with huge, fat, raindrops, and winds that seemed to wrap around you, and try to lift you off the ground.

Renz looked around and immediately noticed that they were near shore, or on an island. He could see some buildings around them, so the island was inhabited with humans… preferably civilized ones. I need to find some shelter for both of us… Renz thought, as he grabbed Yukiko, and started making their way over to one of the buildings.

The wind blew fiercely at Yukiko, and he tried to shield himself from it. Even though the wind threatened to blow him away, he still couldn’t help feeling the thrill that came with the wind. When Renz grabbed his arm again, and started pulling him in a direction, he followed him, blind with all the things that were happening around him.

He gave a loud and quite uncharacteristic yawn. Then the utter anachronism of the action kicked in. The last thing he remembered was fading into darkness and...

Marluxia opened his eyes and stood up promptly, vision focusing on the monitors that looked to be one of the only sources of light in the entire room. Not to mention it was rather cold. If he'd fallen asleep in Vexen's lab, this clear imprisonment was completely uncalled for. Wait a minute... Right now, it would best to stop his thought process. Otherwise, an incorrect conclusion would definitely be reached.

The pink haired assassin first observed an irregular heaviness in the chest area. Further inspection didn't reveal there to be any odd medallions or similar objects attached to his person. Only the regular Organization coat. Which meant that, indeed, this extremely heavy object was inside of him. A... heart? There were sounds of what seemed to be other Organization members rising around him. Not that it was one of the more pressing matters at the moment.

More memories flashed back into number XI's mind, the last battle with the keybearer and his buffoonish cohorts, his own scythe being used against him in the first battle, then again, it was what he got for throwing it too much... his quite embarrassing defeat... "Dammit..." His chest filled with a cold, heavy yet boiling feeling that his mind automatically categorized as rage, the assassin's face contorting into a grimace. And as instantly as it had begun, it had ended, replaced by a strange tingling feeling identified as surprise. Marluxia felt his eyebrows climb upwards. This... would be something to get used to.

((Uh oh. if Xemnas get his heart back guys... We might be going into the realm of KH3 or Birth by Sleep, anyways. Sounds awesome shnawsome. xD Holy cow, epiphany time. I think Xenahort was the old combination of Master Xenahort in Birth By Sleep and Terra! I mean, Terra has Xemns' hair, except the brown version and Master Xenahort looks like a bald Xenahort in Xemnas Heartless clothes... So confusing... x.x For this RP, let's pretend none of that happens or else my brain's going to explode. x.x And this is how we do it: ))

Darkness, darkness... He was actually enjoying the feeling. Floating in nothingness with he had wanted to connect so hurriedly... Now, if he could only acquire the power of Kingdom Hearts... The overreaching goal... But, the sensation had stopped and it felt as though his form was being pulled back into the physical realm, his form twisting and turning to fit the vessel into which it was being sucked in. The feeling was quite accurately reminiscent of being flushed down a toilet, something which one would avoid in this life, in any case. It suddenly stopped, however and it felt as though he was free to move... His eyes opened and Xemnas stood, feeling woozy for the first time in a while.

Xemnas... Yes, oddly enough that was his name now. He was no longer the Nobody of the pupil of Ansem the Wise but a separate being all together. This new heart that thumped quaintly in his chest was empty of memories that did not take place during his time as a Nobody. He couldn't recall... er... What was his Somebody's name...? Well, yes, that guy's history. This was an inexplicable feeling, for sure... It was as if a piece of a totally different being decided to go, separate and live its own life... Budding, was that what it was called? He should turn to Vexen for the answer to that.

About Vexen, however... The Superior turned his, what seemed to be newly screwed on head, from side to side taking in his surroundings. Members of the Organization were also alive, for reasons currently quite ambiguous. It was the beginning of a new life, that was for sure.

The young boy shivered at the touch of his counterpart-- why was he so cold? Numbness crept through his body as the ashen sky tumbled into a sea of ominous foreboding. His mind was shattered like a rag doll. Memory upon memory forming, then disappearing once more. Nothing seemed right anymore-- his mind was plagued with chaos once more.

To have a heart. To be his own somebody. That was all he wished for.

And yet, the heavens had left his call unheeded-- he was yet another dejected nobody in search of the reason behind his own existence. He was wandering around in circles, only to end up where he had begun-- there was no satisfaction in that.

Still quite groggy, the young boy could only manage to utter, "What… what happened here?" before succumbing to a temporary comatose state once again.

What was with all this noise? It reminded him of the constant chaos and clatter of Castle Oblivion, all of which of course, Vexen would have preferred to forget… but alas those memories stuck to him like gum under a shoe. Perhaps it was because of his humiliating defeat---? Or, he could focus away from such topics and move to a new one.

The Chilly Academic's eyes flickered open to the sounds of shuffling from the others who had awoken before him. Naturally, his first emotion was to be annoyed and second to mutter something about how neophytes were so damn unappreciative.

But something caught the man's attention. The steady thump of an organ beating inside of him-- could it be? Vexen's eyes widened in surprise, followed by excitement. Yes. Yes. He could feel blood being pumped through his body by that very thing he and the rest of the Organization had longed for-- a heart.

[[Blergh. I have no clue what to do with Vexen currently. >> So he can just be elated by his rebirth *cough*. D:

((Ekkkk writer's block oh no! BTW this is Aimie masquerading as Sappho who doesn't have access to a computer during the week. She gave me permission to do this to keep the RP going.))

First there was darkness, and then a view of the sunset with fragments of a conversation coming back to him along with the taste of sea-salt.

Soon I won't be able to talk to your consciousness like this........

...."I'm going back to how I was"........."The heart's not something you can see."..... "I'm sure Sora'll find the answer. Because he's me."....

This really takes me back....You should go..... looking for your answer......

......"Sora's waiting for me"....."See you, Axel.".....

See ya, partner.

And then darkness again. At least he could be somewhat satisfied in that he had been able to do something with his retched non-existance that the others hadn't- that is if he could even feel satisfaction in the first place. In the end he had abandoned everything to help their arch-nemisis of all things, when he had realized the price of the goal he had been working for. He wasn't sure of what he had felt in those moments, if he could feel at all. No, but their had been something there. He had been sure of that, thats why he put everything on the line. Because the two of them Roxas, and Sora, made him feel whole.

And now, something odd was happening. Just as he was sure he was fading away, his body twisted back and he found himself in a different kind of darkness. He was numb from the freezing coldness of his sudden surroundings. He loathed the cold, it made it hard for him to function. So he just lay there, even as he heard the sounds of movement around him.

Despite the temperature there was a growing warmth in his chest. The sensation was odd, but distantly familiar. He brought his hand to his chest. A heartbeat? No, that's impossible. That fool, Xemnas couldn't have succeeded, he himself was partially the responsible for that. Unless Sora....no he couldn't think of that....no......

This sudden wave of feelings wasn't exactly new to him, but at least now he knew they were real.

He opened his eyes to see what was going on. In the dim light he could see figures all around him. He instantly picked out Xemnas standing a few feet from him. Oh, no not good. And then there were Marluxia and Larxene who he had tricked into believing that he was working for them....when in reality..... He cringed at the sight of Vexen, the one that he had eliminated personally at the order of Marluxia. The only one he saw that might still look at him favorably was Demyx, all though the boyish member was insanely hard to read at times. Where the others were he had no idea, but something strange was going on here, and he didn't like it at all.

He took stock of his surroundings, noticing the thirteen computer screens in front of him noting that six of them were out corresponding to the numbers of the members who weren't present. The thirteenth one was on and he quickly scanned the room looking for the one he called his partner noticing that he wasn't present. There was a sinking feeling in his chest- disappointment? maybe.

Where was Roxas?

After noticing checking on the status of his pawns and noticing that a few had begun to stir, he had taken his seat behind the computers, watching as they all came to their senses. There was a brief moment where he wasn't sure if number VIII had fully revived, but then he remembered that he would have had a particular aversion to cold- a fact he would have to keep in mind.

Only seven eh? The number was a bit disheartening but he would have to deal with what he had. Although as he looked at the ones he had managed to revive- there was the foolish leader, two traitors, a scientist with a superiority complex, a notorious double agent (of whom he would have to keep an eye on), and an emotionally unstable coward.

He wasn't sure how they would act together, but once he dangled the bait in front of their eyes- maybe they would reconsider their opposition with each other.

"Organization XIII," he began. "You are probably wondering where you are and why you are back in existence. I have given you a gift. Your goal was noble. Even though you failed in the end, you still kept that goal in sight. Which is why I have with my power, granted your wish. Why you might ask? Well I have a problem, and I feel as if you might be able to help me. Where we are now is the world of Celestia, a realm few know of despite it's importance to the order of the worlds. This realm keeps the balance between the dark and the light and is very closely connected with the heart of all worlds- Kingdom Hearts- the goal you had been working for. I was once the ruler of this world, but members of my court feared the power of the darkness that I had been harnessing. The disposed me, and replaced me with my own son- a fool who thinks he can balance light and dark. It is my hope that I can show those idiots in the court that with darkness comes power. To do this I want to take the power held captive in Kingdom Hearts- which is why I seek your power to help me. I was able to capture your presences as you faded by using a power granted to a servant of mine- my own son's nobody. Which is why you are here now."

"You now have hearts, and while hearts being the things they are, I cannot compel you to help me. There will come a day when darkness will reign over the worlds, and if you stay with me, I will make sure you come out on top."

"My first order of business is rather simple. As you noticed before the power of the Keyblade is rather important to our goal. I have revived your thirteenth member with hopes of using that power, but something went wrong and he was left with his other half," he said noticing for the first time that Lunnarius was no longer there. Anger was beginning to surface but he quickly overcame that. Had he gone to far and wiped her out? "He needs to be retrieved or else his power could fall into the wrong hands. When we have him we can begin to plot our takeover of this world."

And the reason behind Lunnarius's disappearance was thus:

Concealed in the corridors of darkness, Nesmixse had been watching the entire scene. She gasped as she saw her companion entangled in darkness, and almost made a portal into the room. But she realized that it was likely that she would face a similar fate if she were to jump in then. So hearing the computer alarm was a blessing to her.

Nesmixse slid into the room using a portal of darkness to get her in. Then she twisted time to teleport herself to the other nobody’s side. Without a thought about what she was doing she picked the other up and used time to teleport herself and Lunnarius back to the portal. Once through she closed the portal and headed off towards Twilight Town. Not once did she let herself think about what she was doing. She was going to have no regrets about helping her friend.

When she reached Twilight Town, she opened a portal into her house and laid Lunnarius down on her bed. Nesmixse closed the portal and went to sit on a chair nearby. She didn’t say a single word, nothing she could say would be of any help to her companion.

Hidden in the shadows of the Corridors of Darkness just outside of the world was a black fox that fit into the shadows fairly well. She would have fit better if it wasn’t for her white paws and the white tips on her ears and tail. The fox was lying on the ground, one of her ears against the tiny Darkfire portal she had opened for herself. She knew that one of the people in the room was going to realize she was there soon enough, but she didn’t really care. All she wanted was to know how and why they were here of all places. She got her answer, but heard the other more well known female member of the Organization comment on her presence.

As the fox listened to the proceedings someone had indeed realized she was there. Larxene, having been with the fox for long enough to know how her presence felt, could feel her in the area. She had been listening with only the slightest bit of interest when she heard Vixtana's ear twitch. With a slight smirk on her face she waited for Erebus to finish speaking. At the second he did she looked up at him, the slight smirk still evident on her face. “Sir, I do believe we have an intruder,” she said simply.

Demyx listened to Erebus's speech, paying very close attention to what he was saying, but making it look like he was uninterested and inattentive. He realized what the demon was getting at and decided at that point that he wanted nothing to do with him and his revenge. No, he was going to try his hardest to be brave and find some way to help the one Erebus was plotting revenge on.

He knew the others wouldn't feel the same way he did. Then again, he knew he at least had one friend amongst the Organization members. He turned to look at that one then, pretending to look around the room, but making eye contact with the one known as Flurry of Dancing Flames. With that he continued looking around the room before fixing his gaze on a point to the side of Erebus's head.
