What is Gold?
Gold is one of the currencies used within Roliana, you can use it to buy clothes, weapons and other items at our shopping district.
How do I earn Gold?
You can earn gold in a number of ways on Roliana, if you participate in the forums you will earn Gold for every post you make. You are rewarded for being literate on Roliana so the longer you make your messages, the more Gold you earn.
Another way to earn Gold is to play games, you can earn Gold from these once every 24 hours.
What is Platinum?
Platinums is the other currency used on Roliana, you cannot earn this - the only way to get it is to purchase it here. One US Dollar is equal to one platinum.
What is Platinum for?
Every month we release some special collectible items that you can buy with platinum, these will only be sold for that month, after which they become rarer and become more valuable.
Monthly Items (MIs)
Collecting Monthly Items is a great way to make Gold in Roliana, our first set of items (Angel Wings and Demon Wings) were originally worth 400 Gold each, now they are being sold for 4,000 Gold a 10x increase in just 5 months!
Events
From time to time we hold special events on Roliana, such as at Halloween, Valentines Day and Christmas. During these events there are normally free items given away, competitions are run and these all take place in a special event forum that is open for the duration of the event.
Event Items (EIs)
When we hold an event, alongside the free items we give out we also put extra items for sale at the Ancient Temple - these are available for 2 weeks, cost 2 platinums and are in addition to that months MIs.
Games
We have several games on Roliana that you can use to earn Gold - however you can only earn Gold, once every 24 hours.
How can I make a dream avatar?
We do not have a way to create one on Roliana but there is an outside site you can use to create one here : http://roliava.roliana.com once you have made your dream avatar, press "print screen" and the paste into an image editing program such as photoshop or paint and save the image as a .png or .gif
